I will phone you and we will discuss the aspects of running, nutrition, weight training, cross-training, and general health and fitness. We will also talk about your training schedule for the month and how to fit your running schedule with your work and home schedule. After our phone conversation, you will be faxed or emailed your monthly schedule within 24 hours (usually that day).
I will contact you once a week by phone and at least once a week by email. You can email me an unlimited number of comments or questions.
I train clients at Memorial Park, Hermann Park, Hershey Park and Rice University.
I am the only running coach in the Houston area that runs and works out with each of my clients. I am there side-by-side, stride for stride. After our initial conversation and first workout I like to say, "We plan the work, then work the plan." Your plan will include aspects of running, nutrition, weight training, cross-training, and general health and fitness. Your plan will also have a training schedule for the month and a description of how you will achieve your running activities and goals while maintaining your work and home schedule. We will plan a day each week so that we can work out together. This workout is usually your hardest workout of the week. It could be speed, track, hills, or a trail workout.
You will be faxed or emailed your monthly schedule/plan within 24 hours (usually that day). I also phone or email you at least twice a week to keep tabs on you and to see how you are doing.
Tim is incredible! He actually runs with you! He took me from a 6 hour marathon to a 4:40! I also trained to run the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim with Tim. And I completed it with his help! I could not have done this without Tim!
